Currently, we only ship our products to the United Kingdom.

Standard Shipping (Orders Above £50.00): Free Shipping (2 to 4 business days)

Standard Shipping (Orders Below £50.00): £3.95 (2 to 4 business days)

Express Shipping: £4.95 (1 to 3 business days)

Order Processing Timeline:

We aim to complete all custom-made orders within 28 days from confirmation of receipt of order.  During peak times this may vary to between 28 days and 42 days (4 to 6 weeks)

• Product supply: Within the time periods specified in the product specifications
• Packaging: 1-2 business days
• Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Delivery Address:

• Address changes are supported before packaging; After that, changes are not supported. Please e-mail enquiries@nannagurumi.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to modify your address.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• We will assist with lost or stolen packages. Please contact us within 2 business days if your order is confirmed delivered but not received.
